Henley & Haus was founded with one goal in mind: to deliver the kind of construction outcomes we expect on our own projects—without compromise.
What started as a way to take greater control over our builds has grown into something bigger. Backed by decades of experience, we now bring the same precision, pride, and performance to selected external clients—because when you’re good at building, word gets around.
Henley & Haus is led by two hands-on partners with complementary skill sets.
Luke Henley, a master builder with over 25 years on the tools and in leadership roles, brings deep construction knowledge and site expertise.
Matt Poninghaus draws on a background in quantity surveying and over eight years leading project management through Haus Projects Ltd—delivering complex builds with financial discipline and strategic oversight.
Together, we’re builders who manage, and managers who build.
