Haus Projects successfully managed and constructed this two-level office building for Murphy Property Development Limited in Takapuna.
The building includes basement parking for 18 cars, bike and end-of-trip facilities, a full solar array on the roof, and approximately 1000m² of fully fitted office space.
The project was completed in December 2024.
